Historical descriptionThe Dallas Scottish Rite Library & Museum occupies part of the historic Scottish Rite Cathedral complex in downtown Dallas. Its library, portraits, furnishings, ceremonial material, archival holdings, and museum displays document the organization and the building’s long civic presence. Public access is structured around weekday appointments rather than the daily walk-in schedule of a conventional museum.
