Historical descriptionCamp Blanding Museum & Memorial Park preserves the history of the major Florida training installation that prepared hundreds of thousands of troops, including nine infantry divisions, during World War II. The museum occupies a restored World War II barracks, while the surrounding memorial park extends interpretation outdoors through monuments and military equipment.
